Dr. Scholl’s running shoes inserts. I used to help with plantar fasciitis for one run. Didn’t work for me. Only used the one time - basically new! I wear a size 8, but I think it can be used for smaller feet it just needs to be trimmed to fit sizes 5.5-9.
