naomisheffie549 Hi there, I bought your black snow boots about a week ago. Today I received a package, and when I opened them, they were ankle boots, black with brown heel. I did not order those, they are not on my list of items recently bought so I’m thinking you mixed up your addresses?

michelecrews @naomisheffie549 oh my goodness, that must be why it was not tracking. I have shipped a ton of packages I am not sure how I sent the wrong packaging label. Is there anyway I can forward you the correct shipping label and you drop it off at a USPS drop off or post office?

michelecrews @naomisheffie549 what email can I forward the shipping label too? It’s prepaid. You just have to print and take the label and shoes to a local post office or USPS drop off.
