amygregory548 This is a dumb question, from a gal who just can’t stand for long these days. lol. I am going to be the MOB soon! I have a long dress, but what I got to wear—they just came and the metal in my left foot—no go for any “heel” type of shoe or booties. I wondered if you’d worn this brand before and if you would be able to wear them for hours? Thx!

sheeplette @amygregory548 Hi! I have worn other dr.martens and have found them very comfortable after a couple of wears. They can be very rigid at first and have caused heel blisters for me, but I wear them with thick socks until they soften up and then they are very comfortable for all day. Dr. Martens are quite good quality too, in my opinion.

I just need to try some on at a store because I don’t know if the all metal in foot and ankle will deter— or would it be that the stability of them actually be better than any other shoe. 🤪🤪🤪
