Haircell black leather. 14 eyelet. Non-safety steel toe. Comes with two sets of laces. No broken eyelets. No broken stitching. No holes or tears. Broken in with plenty of life left. Comes as pictured. 1940s have been out of production for about a decade. I got this pair new at the DM shop in Portland Oregon years ago.
