nancy_tramel Can you plz post width? Narrow, medium or wide?

chelbicass @nancy_tramel the size tag is posted in one of the photos - it does not state a width. I assume that means they fit standard for the 1460 style, but I have no clue whether they fall on the narrow, medium or wide spectrum of Dr. Martens generally, I only know what the tag shows. I can measure the actual sole width at widest point if helpful?

nancy_tramel @chelbicass Do these boots provide ankle support? Are boots sturdy, sorry these are beautiful but I have no experience with velvet boots!

nancy_tramel Yes I think measurement across front top at widest point Of boot might help. I found a guide for sizing on another post. Thank you so much. Does the velvet have a firm backing for support?

chelbicass @nancy_tramel the boots are ~4in across at widest point - photo added. The toe and heel of the fabric portion of the boot are sturdy (as with all Docs) and the remainder of the boot has what looks like a canvas lining. The material is not hard like some of their leather boots are but it is thick and stands up on its own as you can see in the photos. The boots are lace up so I assume the tighter you lace them the more ankle support they would provide.
