is it missing any of the i don't know what to call them, the rhinestones on the leaves and will it need to be cleaned or does it look fresh.

It is not missing anything and does not need to be cleaned. I received it from an ex boyfriend for Christmas many years ago. Wore it once out to dinner with him and then put it back in the box where it's been.
It's Beautiful, but lost it beauty when it didn't have any personal meaning for me anymore.
