Doucce Ultra Precision Eyeliner in Blue

A bright sky-blue, waterproof eyeliner pencil with a semi-matte finish. Trail size. Brand new, never used. Accidentally brushed my hand up against it when taking photos and couldn't believe how creamy and pigmented it was! I also tried to rub it off of my fingers and it wouldn't budge. Beautiful.
