Double D Ranch Red Velvet Skirt, Size Small

Reposhing this item I purchased from @pfunkytrunk. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. The tag states a size small and the waist is 22” in circumference with partial elastic waist band. Would fit a size 0 or 2 nicely. I never wore sadly it’s too small for me. Gorgeous vintage Double D skirt! Questions? Leave a comment below!
