Dotted LOFT dress

NWT. So sweet and perfect summer dress with a linen feel! Great quality. Unfortunately it fits me loose on the bust so perfect for someone with a little more 🙃 fitted waist, flared skirt with flounced hemline, slight puffed sleeve - can be worn off shoulder too, v back with bow tie, back zipper with hook and eye closure, square neckline, fully lined.
