Dorothy Perkins Polka-Dot Sleeveless Blouse

An adorable tank top style polka dot top from London high street shop Dorothy Perkins is perfect on its own, or paired with a blazer and slacks. The straps are wide enough to cover bra straps, and are cut with a really appealing neckline for endowed ladies. In very good condition - except for a missing thin black decorative belt. I have idea where it went, but you can replace it with a drawstring or your own belt to make it empire waist styled.
