@nygearbear ok- honestly the size changes was primarily for the pouch. The small fits good in the waist but I wanted just a bit more room in the pouch. Medium fits just slightly bigger in the waist but gives more stretch for a comfortable roomy pouch. I’m about the same waist size as you. So I believe you would enjoy a medium. That’s if you enjoy more of natural hang, with of course with support, for the boys in the pouch! Hope that helps! Cheers🙌🏽
