Dor Dor Couture Bell Sleeve Mesh Tunic Blouse or Swimsuit Cover Up Size Medium

Could be worn as a blouse or could be worn as a swimsuit cover-up. Features lightweight, netted fabric. Laying flat measures 16" from pit to pit, approximately 34" from shoulder to the hem at longest point, and 23" sleeves.
