Dooney and Bourke bag

Vintage Dooney bag, this is the style of a “doctors bag” You will notice the handles have some discoloration on them, I am not sure if this can be cleaned off or not, I believe this is from the blue piping on the edge rubbing off onto the lighter color. There is also some delamination in an area on the bag (see pic for details) This bag comes with a matching keychain. The zipper on the bag is rainbow colored. Very cute bag.
