garr0411 do u know what the stain is on front? any other issues on exterior other than worn corners and the front stain? any negative odor? interior looks like it needs a good clean...any stains? thx

mrwatkins01 @garr0411 hello and thank you so much for your interest. I don’t think it’s a stain on the front, it’s more of a rubbed area kind of like the corners but not as severe. There are a few places on the back that have this. I have had this in storage awhile so I will update the photos to better reflect the condition of the outside. The inside could definitely use a good cleaning and has a couple of pen ink marks. No smell
