Dooney & Bourke bag

Dooney & Bourke signature “D&B” jacquard weave fabric in light blue and tan. Secure fold-over closure in nickel-plated brass on the front. Inside of bag is very clean. Some spots on the outside of the bag on the side that would face your body when being held. I have not tried to remove the spots. Please see photos I circled them. Other than that, the bag is in excellent condition. Not sure where the spots came from:(
