Very cute handbag. Very durable. A few stains (dots) on the outside and part of the bottom on the inside is dirty. I am not sure how to clean it thoroughly, but will do my best in the time I have. Non-smoker. A stain from a drink on the inside but it can probably mostly or all come out if you know how to clean it. I add another, multi-compartmented purse with a long strap as an organizer with zippers. The bigger other purse has big zippered central compartment, but the heart bag snap closes overall.
