Dooney & Bourke Walker Barrel brown satchel. Hard to find. I added 2 pics to compare when I searched. Has top handles, adjustable crossbody strap, inside has one zipper compartment with slot underneath, and other inside has two large slots. Long inside key hook. Extremely clean bag. Beautiful inside and out. Top zip closure that works perfect. Measuring approximately 11" L X 9H. Please see pics.
