"Don't Ask Why New York City" very short Corduroy zip skirt

Reposhing this NWT item I purchased from @christabel1. Very cute short fine-wale thin corduroy with sexy full zipper and great seaming; somewhat distressed gray with a sage greenish tone, possibly bleached from green (see inside waistband colors). It's still NWT, original brand pricetag "Don't Ask Why (etc.)". I bought as "one size fits most" and without actual measurements -- my bad because it didn't ever fit me! Check out the actual measurements; it is possibly vintage 12? Waist measured flat unstretched 15"; maximum stretch (back elastic section) 17" (total 34") Hip measured flat 7" down from waistband 20.5" Length 14.5"
