Beautiful black semi-formal cocktail dress. Designed by Donna Viorgan for Non Stop Petites, purchased at Macy's. Very sheer (missing its black straight slip), gathered waist with ribbon tie. Long sleeves, gathered cuffs, curved full-yoke with small ruffle on collar. Sewn with metallic gold thread, back zipper. Very good condition aside from missing slip.
