wenmicben can you tell me the measurements at the hips?

heather11white @wenmicben hi there! the hip measurement lying flat is 18". It fits the mannequin almost perfectly and the mannequin hips are 37". I love this dress but it is too large for me now. (FYI, total measurements for the mannequin are 36" Chest, 27" Waist, 37" Hips) Hope this helps!
