lisascavo Hi, sorry for taking so long to get back to you. In your comment, you asked for the widest dimension. I’m not sure exactly where you wanted me to measure, so I took it literal and measured the part where it is most wide. Laying flat, the bottom, from one side seam to the other side is 38 inches. It flares out. Oh, and I put the dress on and took a really bad selfie. Difficult angle... but I was trying to show how it flares out.
