Donna Morgan navy blue & white dress w/ navy blue belt. Dress is size 8, but due to the style/fit it is flexible and can fit a size down or up. This dress hits just above the knee, is SO comfortable & SO figure flattering. It was my favorite dress to wear to work when I had a corporate job. Looks great with red heels! Can be worn with or without the belt. Dress is in good used condition w/ no visible defects. Machine wash, hang dry. All clothing comes from a smoke-free home.
