Donna Morgan fun beautiful dress

This is a really fun dress by Donna Morgan. It hits right over the knee and has a built-in slip underneath so it has some volume from the waist down. It is sleeveless and high scoop neck. Across the Chest and top of back it is a sheer material in a woven blue fabric. But the lining starts at the chest and goes all the way down. Really beautiful dress
