Donna Morgan cobalt blue dress

Gorgeous cobalt blue Donna Morgan dress in size 8. Purchased for an event but I never ended up wearing it. It does not have the original tags but it’s in original condition. The front bottom ham is beautiful and subtly round out. There is a tie at the waist that can be tied either in the front or the back, both ways look elegant.
