Donna Morgan Cocktail Dress w/ Belt (not attached)

Dress, in between white and cream(not white white), worn once for my wedding rehearsal dinner. Looks nice with and without belt(size S/M) from Express, the embellished neck dresses it up nicely. Looks nice under jean jackets and sweaters. Comfortable! Stretches so would easily fit sizes 4,6 & possibly size 8.
