blue_heron13 @daniel289 tank you for your questions, yes There is a back zipper, while the skirt is 100% cashmere wool the waist band is structured with little no no give, so looking at the depicted measurements would be vital to determine fit. The cut itself is tremendously flattering & the back vent construction allows for free movement.

blue_heron13 @aaahenlopen Hi - I’m at work but I promise I’ll give you all the measurements you’ll need once I’m off. * the skirt has no pleats it’s smooth. If you take a look at pic 3 you’ll see that it’s shaped as a classic pencil, geometrically like a trapez. The pristinely tailored slit will allow for natural movement, which is so important to “ love” in it comfortably. Stay tuned for your measurements later on 😊

blue_heron13 @aaahenlopen the skirt is tailored in a way that it allows it to be worn by the female form - referring to the belly area. Once you wear it, you’ll fill the space that made you ask about the “gathered” question. The hips will be the widest section, the waist is higher, meant to hit the natural waist and will naturally be the narrowest measurement

blue_heron13 @aaahenlopen ok here’s part 2: the skirt is indeed 26 inches long. The closure entails two clasps with zipper (excellent condition) there are 2 pockets on each side, the cashmere is oh do very soft & luxurious. I almost forgot the superb quality of this piece. Measurements of lenght/ hips/ hem width are also added. This skirt is beautiful, very high-end & looks like new. I might just go on a diet to fit back in it 🤭

blue_heron13 @aaahenlopen also the front is not exactly what I would call “gathered” however it is tailored in a way to accommodate a normal female body and allow for the pockets which are immensely practical to have. I added a pic just for a close up.

aaahenlopen Wow, thank you so much for your specificity of detail. I am quite thin, a former model, so I do not have a curvy figure and thus the details of construction, slight fullness at the front and pockets, are probably too much for me. A very body conscious, slim, narrow silhouette is preferable for me. I am so grateful for all the detail and time you have taken to explain this. Thank you so much !

blue_heron13 @aaahenlopen gladly! My honest opinion - you can definitely wear this and look absolutely stunning. Take a look at the mannequin which probably has model-like measurements. Especially the side siluette. On you it would look similar. The tailoring is not meant for pooch bellies or super curvy builds. I wore this pre-baby, the only reason for selling.
