This dress is an royal blue v-neck short sleeve dress. I purchased it from Dillards.com as a final sale. I chose a Size 4 based on a customer's review that it was not true to size. However, when I got it, it fit exactly like a Size 4, which unfortunately won't work for me. Stitching at the waist and bust are flattering. This dress has a liner.
