Donna Degnan green velvet tank top. Size P or small I guess- but I would say fits more like a XS Slight ruching gives a flattering silhouette I would hold onto this if it fit me! Black mesh lining at the bust Excellent condition only thing of note is one small spot where the velvet looks a slightly lighter shade, tried to photograph
