Very nice Mock Turtle Turtleneck from Doncaster. This is a party style company. Nice Silver Metallic (which is what fabric type per tag is called aka "metallic"), with a banded waist which can be pulled down or left to billow a bit at waist. I believe is vintage as has shoulder pads.
