Reposhing this item I just purchased. I followed some advice to size up with this brand but these are too large. I would say these are a very true 8.5. Really pretty and they would've looked awesome with everything. I only took them out of the package and cut the little plastic thing that held them together. Tried them on inside and knew immediately it wouldn't work. These are NEW but they do have some slight smudges and flaws. I updated the original post to more accurately call out each flaw. I photographed them in the least flattering light possible, they don't seem as obvious irl.
