Hi. What is the mark on the left outside? Is it a tear or some substance? Also are these true to size? I can wear a 9 or 9.5? Just wondering if they run small. Thanks 😊

@discoball50 I am going to locate them and find out what that mark is, no they are not torn… I just might be a speck of something that’s on there, but I need to locate them first and double check what spec is.
I typically wear a 9.5, but in Donald Pliner’s in boots, I wear a nine. These boots are very comfortable and do not have a high heel on them.

@roxysuza I just keep seeing others saying they run small…so don’t want to get a 9 if I actually need a 10. Love those boots though! Thanks
