Black/blue velvet combined with laser cut metallic leather and detailed stitching gives you a western feel, but still wearable for any occasion. Boots have 3.5 stacked heel, padded leather foot bead, and zipper closure with peace sign. They do run small, fit more like a 9. Preloved, as the soles indicate, but overall in excellent condition!
