DonaJo Skort size Small or size 4. Tag says 1 but is compared to size 4 or small

DonJo Skort. It says size 1 but really is compared to a size Small or size 4. It is vibrant in many colors. The shorts underneath actually have pockets for a phone on L & R sides. Good condition. The fabric is 90% Polyamide & 10% Elastine. (Athletic wear material) Please see pic’s for info.
