Brand new!! Never even tried it on. It still has the retail tags attached and it's in the original retail packaging! I can tell by looking at it that It just won't fit me. This evil villain costume includes a crop tank with stripe details and a spotted dalmation print, and a matching low-rise pleated FAUX Dalmatian fur mini skirt. (No puppies were harmed in the making of this costume) Skirt has a side zipper closure Stretches from about 18 - 20 inches across the top. Total length is about 13 inches. Top is cropped, has 2 sizes available because of the hook and eye bra like closures. Stretches from about 16 - 19.5 inches across the underarms. Adjustable straps not included, it's about 10 inches long. But because of the straps you can make it longer or shorter.
