@dumbbitch26 these shorts are more low rise, so they wear closer across the hip bones...waist is about 34"-35" and hips about 37"-38". When laying the garment flat, it measures just a little over 14" across the waist band (end to end). The tie up does give ability to tighten and loosen as well.
