The white ribbon ties on the sleeves and waist allow you to tighten or loosen as needed. Some parts of the flowy asymmetrical hem are quite short at 34” long so I’d recommend wearing with cute black boyshorts or tights/leggings. Ordered this from Dolls Kill for Halloween and it doesn’t fit me right. I didn’t realize they don’t give refunds. The brand is Widow.
