release5 hi do these run true to size? I am an 8.5. also is there an insert for a fur footbed?

ktormeno @release5 hey there, on the dolce vita website these are listed as true to size fit. But, in the customer reviews some people are stating that the shoes run small. I have added two photos showing the removable insoles and the size on the insoles it is listed as an 8-9 size. I hope this helps.!
