@nycitystyle hi! It’s about 24 inches on the waist laying flat! It says size 4 US but I’m a size 4 and it’s a tad too tight on my waist.

@luxhandbagfever then I think it will be pretty tight! I’m a 26 in jeans and it was pretty tight. It closed but was slightly uncomfortable for me!
