Dolce & Gabbana Women's Blue Majolica-print Calfskin Portofino Sneakers

The ancient ceramics of Caltagirone inspired the Blu Mediterraneo Collection. Blue and white tones merge to pay tribute to a contemporary interpretation of Sicilian craftsmanship and majolica tiles. The designers crafted these iconic Portofino sneakers in calfskin nappa with gemstone embellishment. Although I only wore them twice briefly, one of those times was for a hike on a very rocky trail in the Virgin Islands. The rocks knocked off some of the jewels--thus, the steep discount from the $1295 price I paid. I would have had a friend who makes jewelry fix them--BUT they were also a little small on me. They are IT 39.5, which is supposed to be US 9.5. However, as a 9.5, I find that I need the 40's in DG. I have a couple of the jewels that fell out but not all. They are a steal for someone who wants to get them fixed.
