Hi! What size is Italian 42 in US sizes?

@deanamagera Hello! I am so sorry for the delay in responding to your question, I did not see it until now. With Dolce & Gabbana a 42 is a size 4, usually a 42 Italian is a size 6, but Dolce runs a little small. I will add the measurements to the listing in a few minutes!
