emendio Please explain the defect. Is that tearing? A dark stain?

r1alt @emendio it’s like the fabric was rubbed off and shows some tearing, very small area, I tried to take a good photo of it. There is white lining underneath so it doesn’t show too much. Dress came to me like that but I loved it so much on my daughter that I kept it
