savage_girl Hello! Its been 3 weeks since I bought this item. Your profile claims that you ship your items in 3 days. The payment cleared right away. I would appreciate if you shipped the doggie door, but at this point, I'd be okay if you reversed the charge and kept the item. Please do either and advise. Thank you.

savage_girl I bought this item a month ago but it was never shipped. I got a message stating the order has since been canceled. I would have rather received the item than a refund, but thank you for the response anyway. I hope everything is okay as I can personally say that this month was the worst!
