🐶 Doggie or kitty 🐱 Neck ties

As you can see, my 16 year old cat wanted to pose with the neck ties but wants nothing to do with them on her. My dog doesn’t like them either and fights with me to look cute. I originally bought these in Savannah for my Min Pin. They are both adjustable. Please don’t ask me measurement. I’m not quite sure. I just know they fit smaller to medium dogs.
