Dog rain coat with hood and reflector

EUC-ONLY USED ONCE slightly too big for my mini aussie. Dog rain coat, blue with reflector strip that goes around, cut out on top of neck for leash to get under and 4straps to strap under dogs legs so it stays in place. GREAT JACKET. Purchased from a pet boutique.
