Dog life vest - new

Dog life vest Size small. Back handle, leash loop, adjustable via velcro and straps at neck and body. Reflective detail on top. Please see photo of the same life vest on my 12-13 lb chihuahua/pug/beagle mix. It is a perfect fit on her, so would be best for a dog of similar or slightly larger size. The velcro and straps are adjusted pretty small on her. New, never worn. The one pictured on my dog is a 2nd one we have for her.
