estief1 @jessiemae11 Trying to purchase a bunch of these collars to donate to a local rescue, so the lowest you can go on cost or shipping would be much appreciated! The only donations they ever get are harnesses, majority of which are back-clip and don't fit the dogs properly, so nothing that effectively teaches high-energy or reactive pups how to properly walk on leash. So I'm hoping to help, and anything you can do for the price would be wonderful!
