Dog Vest

Camouflage/Neon orange reversible vest. My dog got this for Christmas from my parents but it’s too snug. Says size L but I’d say it’s more S-M. I added a picture of my dog for reference. He’s the runt of his litter, lab/pit/blue healer mix but his siblings are massive. He weighs about 40 pounds
