Dog T-SHIRT - David Bowie, Ziggy Stardust, Size L - but Runs Very Small

If you are a David Bowie fan, or your dog's name is Bowie, this David Bowie Ziggy Stardust red and black t-shirt is for you! Or your dog, lol. It's new and has never been worn. Unfortunately, it's too small for my dog, even though it is a size large. Honestly, it's more like a small to medium. See the measurements below: neck to bottom (front/top) - 11" neck to bottom (underside) - 9" neck to start of arm holes - 3" 3" between arm holes 8.5" across middle There is some stretch from right to left but no stretch from top to bottom, so please measure carefully.
