Dog (Rain) Jacket With Removable Hood

Is water resistant but I wouldn’t suggest using it in a downpour or anything. Hood is measured from base around to front. Elastic for hind legs is adjustable. Is a grayish navy blue on outside & light gray inside. Approximate measurements are in pics, measured best I could.
