Dog Monkey Costume Size large

Size large but I think it fits more like a medium. My shiba inu weighs around 20-30 pounds. Only worn once for a picture. I have 2 available, same size. Bought one from another posher she said it was an XL but didn’t show the tag, it wasn’t an XL. Now I have 2 of the same size. Both have been washed and lint rolled.
